Principal Technical Solutions Specialist

This role involves delivering high-quality technology solutions that enhance customer experience and engagement. As a key member of our team, you will design, develop, and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance technical solutions.
The ideal candidate will have experience in systems integration, API development, and Web Component creation. You should be familiar with contact centre platforms, security concepts, and cloud-hosted architectures.
Key Responsibilities- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Implement and support changes to CX platforms.
- Develop integrations between CX platforms and external systems.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Demonstrated experience in systems integrator or consultancy environment.
- Proven experience building and consuming APIs (REST, SOAP, Node-Express, etc.).
- Experience building custom Web Components for Salesforce Lightning, NetSuite, or similar.
- Familiarity with contact centre platforms (Genesys Cloud CX, Cisco Webex Contact Centre, Zoom Contact Centre, Amazon Connect).
- Experience with security and networking concepts including SSL/TLS certificates, Firewalls, load balancers, VPNs, and SSO integration (SAML/OAuth).
- Familiarity with Windows Server, Linux environments, and cloud-hosted architectures.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
- Collaborative team player who also thrives with autonomy and accountability.
- Excellent communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
