Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical assistance to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.

Your primary focus will be on troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues in a timely and efficient manner. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, escalating critical issues to senior technicians, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless resolution of customer concerns.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including issue descriptions, resolutions, and follow-up actions.
  • Escalate critical issues to senior technicians or management as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless resolution of customer concerns.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends, products, and services to provide informed solutions to customers.
Requirements:
  • Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and vendors.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
