About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill a senior role within our Product and Technology team. This position requires someone who can connect technology, data, and client needs to develop impactful solutions.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Benchmark data solutions based on specifications.
  2. Verify custom datasets for clients.
  3. Collaborate with engineering and data teams to resolve technical issues and create delivery pipelines.
  4. Create automated queries, reports, and dashboards to demonstrate business value.
  5. Collaborate with stakeholders to manage timelines and onboarding.
  6. Develop onboarding materials like guides and FAQs.
  7. Assist in customer calls regarding data.
  8. Participate in team communications via meetings and messaging platforms.

Qualifications and Skills
  1. At least 3 years of experience working directly with customers on data integration and utilization.
  2. Over 5 years of experience in data analysis and integration.
  3. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  4. Proficiency in SQL and Python programming languages.
  5. Ability to manage multiple commitments and set stakeholder expectations.
  6. Attention to detail and quality ownership.
  7. Effective communication skills to collaborate across teams and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  8. A growth mindset and continuous improvement attitude.
