We are seeking a talented and empathetic Customer Support Representative to join our team.

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and chat. You will also be responsible for resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
- Work collaboratively with the customer service team to resolve complex customer issues.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and informative responses to customers.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- Proficiency in using Gorgias and Shopify.
