Online Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Online Engagement Specialist to represent high-profile content creators by engaging with their audiences through real-time online chat.

This is a remote position offering a competitive fixed rate plus commission.

Main Responsibilities
  • Engage with Fans and Followers: Interact with fans and followers on behalf of content creators via online chat platforms, ensuring a positive, personalized experience.
  • Upsell Premium Content: Identify opportunities to upsell premium content, subscriptions, and exclusive offers in a natural, customer-focused manner.
  • Resolve Issues: Respond promptly to inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about products and services.
Requirements
  • Customer Support Experience: Proven experience in customer support, sales, or chat moderation, preferably within the BPO sector.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written communication skills and the ability to multitask across multiple chat sessions.
  • Emotional Intelligence: High emotional intelligence and a genuine passion for customer engagement and satisfaction.
