About This Role

As a Technical Support Specialist, you'll be the bridge between our customers and technical teams. You'll own escalated issues, investigate problems, collaborate with others, and ensure timely resolutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer support requests via email, chat, or phone for various platforms.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues using internal tools and APIs to find the root cause.
  • Ensure data protection by following best practices when utilizing system tools.
  • Take ownership of escalations from start to finish, providing clear updates until resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for deeper investigation or fixes.

This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a passion for helping people.

Key Qualifications:
  • At least one year of experience in live chat technical support for software/SaaS platforms.
  • Ability to translate complex technical details to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working across teams, departments, or multiple brands to solve customer issues.
  • Eagerness to learn new tools, systems, and processes quickly.
  • Excellent writing and speaking skills in English.
