Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Deal Support Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy data accuracy, policy and process, working with systems, and supporting a fast-moving sales environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and verifying incoming deals for accuracy, ensuring approvals for non-standard deals have been properly documented, and maintaining data integrity in Salesforce CPQ.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in sales operations and develop their skills in deal support and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Review and verify incoming deals for accuracy;
  • Ensure approvals for non-standard deals have been properly documented;
  • Maintain data integrity in Salesforce CPQ;
  • Enter and update deal data points accurately in Salesforce and related systems;
  • Monitor our internal Slack deal support hotline channel and route requests appropriately;

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred;
  • 1+ year experience in data entry, sales support, customer service, or operations;
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Microsoft Suite and Adobe tools a plus;
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency in work;
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong communicator in English at a professional level (written and verbal);
  • Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn sales operations processes.

Additional Information:
We are flexible on start time as long as you can do 8 hours a day between these times. Please note that interviews will take place between these times as well.
