We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Support Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients through various channels, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries via phone or email, addressing both new and existing product/service-related queries.
  • Receive and analyze client requests, providing necessary information in a timely manner.
  • Evaluate and resolve customer complaints, ensuring effective handling of all concerns.
  • Collaborate with the Field Technical Support Section to address technical service-related issues.
  • Monitor and provide regular feedback to clients regarding their requests, queries, and complaints.
  • Prepare and submit reports on a regular basis to clients' immediate superiors and project managers.
  • Generate forms for terminal-related requests.

Requirements:

  • A graduate degree in ABM or STEM fields.
  • An NC in Customer Services is a plus.
  • Proficiency in windows-based applications and the ability to learn customer service software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to type at least 30 words per minute.
