We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Support Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients through various channels, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries via phone or email, addressing both new and existing product/service-related queries.
- Receive and analyze client requests, providing necessary information in a timely manner.
- Evaluate and resolve customer complaints, ensuring effective handling of all concerns.
- Collaborate with the Field Technical Support Section to address technical service-related issues.
- Monitor and provide regular feedback to clients regarding their requests, queries, and complaints.
- Prepare and submit reports on a regular basis to clients' immediate superiors and project managers.
- Generate forms for terminal-related requests.
Requirements:
- A graduate degree in ABM or STEM fields.
- An NC in Customer Services is a plus.
- Proficiency in windows-based applications and the ability to learn customer service software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to type at least 30 words per minute.
