Job Title:

An ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, respond to employee inquiries and transactional services over call, chat & ticket with great finesse.

  • The individual will support managers and employees with policy and navigation inquiries, transactions such as employee personal data changes, job data changes, promotions, demotions, salary changes, performance management, learning, severance, tax inquiries, exit / termination and leave of absence on a workflow system.
  • They will create/refer to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Detailed Task Procedures (DTPs) for completing employee transactions with precision.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree Holder
  • At least 1-year experience in HR Helpdesk role, delivering exceptional services from a shared service center environment.
  • Proficient working with HR ATS and workflow systems.
