Global HR Support Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to join our Global People Operations team as a People Operations Representative.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality execution of core HR processes and delivering a responsive, employee-centered experience. This includes processing employee lifecycle transactions, providing tier 1 support for employee inquiries related to HR policies and tools, coordinating pre-hire onboarding steps, and performing regular data audits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process employee lifecycle transactions, including new hires, job changes, and terminations.
  • Provide tier 1 support for employee inquiries related to HR policies, processes, and tools across supported regions.
  • Coordinate pre-hire onboarding steps and virtual I-9 processing for US employees.
  • Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of employee records.
Requirements:
  • Flexibility to work US Pacific Time hours.
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in People Operations for a global organization (experience supporting international regions is a plus).
  • Familiarity with employee lifecycle processing and experience with data management in an HRIS (UKG experience preferred).
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and SharePoint).
  • Ability to analyze and validate data accurately and thoroughly.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
