We are seeking a dedicated HR Director to lead our human resources function, focusing on HR operations and strategy while overseeing the well-being and development of our talented team members. Responsibilities:HR Strategy: Develop and execute HR strategies in alignment with our organizational objectives. HR Operations: Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including but not limited to employee relations, performance management, and talent development.

Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment efforts, ensuring the selection of top-tier candidates through effective sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding processes. Employee Engagement: Promote a positive work environment, enhance employee engagement, and address workplace issues to maintain a healthy and motivated workforce. Policy and Compliance: Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.

Benefits and Compensation: Collaborate with external partners for benefits administration and manage the company's compensation structure. HR Systems: Utilize HRIS and other tools to streamline HR processes and data management. Talent Development: Implement and oversee training and development programs to support career growth and skills enhancement.

Strategic Planning: Provide strategic guidance and insights to the executive team on HR matters, contributing to organizational growth and success. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering their professional development and growth. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldProven experience as an HR Director or in a senior HR leadership role in a BPO Contact CenterStrong knowledge of HR best practices, employment legislation, and regulations.
