**Marketing Manager Role**

At our esteemed hospitality establishment, we are embarking on an exciting journey with the renovation and expansion of our facilities. This transformative period is set to bring about refreshed rooms, elevated dining experiences, and enhanced guest services.

We seek a Marketing Manager to spearhead our brand positioning, devise strategic campaigns, and lead the relaunch marketing efforts. This presents a unique opportunity to shape how our establishment connects with guests, partners, and the wider hospitality market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital, public relations, and offline channels.
  • Lead campaigns for hotel relaunches, dining concepts, weddings, and corporate events.
  • Oversee website updates and content, ensuring booking engines, promotions, and brand visuals are aligned.
  • Manage partnerships, media relations, and event collaborations.
  • Ensure creative direction and brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Management & Sales to achieve marketing and occupancy goals.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of marketing experience (hospitality, real estate, or lifestyle brands preferred).
  • A strong track record in strategic campaign planning and brand management.
  • Proficiency in digital and offline integration, PR/media coordination, partnerships.
  • Familiarity with website management/SEO (via CMS or developer coordination).
  • Creative, data-driven, and a strong team leader.
