Senior Business Strategist position is available to lead the development and execution of business strategy for our organization.

Job Description

The Senior Business Strategist will be responsible for creating and implementing strategic plans that align with the company's overall goals and objectives. This includes analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

  • Spearhead annual strategy planning and quarterly strategy reviews to ensure alignment with company goals
  • Co-lead the creation of balanced scorecards to measure progress towards strategic objectives
  • Provide market competitive intelligence to inform management decision-making

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategy Development

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improvement
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives

Market Intelligence

  • Collect and analyze market data to inform strategic decision-making
  • Provide regular updates on market trends and competitor activity
  • Identify areas for process improvement and recommend changes to optimize business operations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field required; Master's degree preferred
  • At least 7 years of experience in a strategic planning role
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improvement through strategic planning
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
