The ideal candidate for this role will be a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. In this position, you will be responsible for managing the front office workflow of our growing physical therapy clinic, ensuring patients receive top-notch support and a welcoming experience from their first interaction through ongoing care.

About the Role- You will be the primary point of contact for patients, responding to phone calls, emails, and SMS inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Scheduling and confirming appointments, follow-ups, and referrals will also be part of your responsibilities.
- You will process intake forms and maintain accurate patient records in our electronic medical record system.
- Additionally, you will verify insurance coverage and coordinate with our billing team as needed.
- Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to provide polite and professional customer service to patients.
- You will also support the front desk workflow, including reminders, forms, and general inquiries.
- A minimum of one year of experience in healthcare administration, receptionist, or virtual assistant roles is required.
- Familiarity with U.S. insurance verification workflows is a plus.
- You must possess strong communication and organizational skills, as well as fluency in spoken and written English.
- Comfortable working U.S. business hours (Pacific Time) is essential.
