Job Title

A Senior Payroll Specialist will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary payroll contact, consolidating and finalizing semi-monthly payroll runs.
  • Process various salary components including normal salary, incentive pay, ad-hoc payments, and adjustments.
  • Ensure accurate and timely government contributions such as SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.
  • Prepare and file tax returns with relevant government agencies.
  • Handle offboarding payroll processes including final pay and clearance.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to reconcile payroll data and resolve discrepancies.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in payroll management.
  • Strong knowledge of local laws and regulations governing employee benefits and compensation.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness in completing tasks.
  • Proficiency in payroll software systems; experience with Sprout is an advantage.
  • Basic project management skills are a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
