Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Associate to join our team in Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing payroll processing activities, providing guidance to junior team members, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of payroll systems and regulations, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

This role requires deep expertise in payroll management, process improvement, and regulatory compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field from an accredited institution
  • 3+ years of experience in payroll or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
