We are seeking passionate and skilled customer service professionals to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering world-class service and making a meaningful impact with every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Address customer inquiries through various channels in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide thoughtful, high-quality responses that reflect our service standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers with orders, shipping, product details, and returns in a helpful and efficient way.
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is essential.
- At least 1 year of online/remote customer service experience is required.
- Experience with tools like Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify is highly valued.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are necessary.
- Adaptable and solutions-oriented mindset is a must.
- A personally owned PC or laptop with an i5 processor or equivalent is required.
- A minimum of 15 Mbps for both upload and download internet speed is necessary.
