Our organization seeks a highly skilled Accountant to support financial operations.

This is a remote position, requiring collaboration with the Chief Financial Officer and key role in month-end closing, financial reporting, and SEC filings.

The ideal candidate is an experienced accounting professional who excels in fast-paced environments and maintains high integrity standards.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Closing the books monthly and generating comprehensive financial reports
  • Reconciling bank statements and resolving discrepancies
  • Processing invoices and managing payment reconciliations using QuickBooks
  • Providing transaction details to support the CFO with SEC filings and audits
  • Creating internal tickets for account managers regarding payment issues
  • Posting received payments and handling daily bookkeeping tasks
  • Assisting in preparing quarterly and annual SEC reports

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Senior-level accountant; Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
  • Proficient in QuickBooks and other financial software
  • High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with the CFO and auditors
