Job Overview

The Commercial Insurance Processor is responsible for managing insurance policy applications, endorsements, renewals, certificates and cancellations. This role demands a high level of attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process new insurance policy applications ensuring all required information and documentation are complete and accurate.
  • Handle endorsements, renewals and cancellations in a timely manner.
  • Review policy applications for compliance with regulatory requirements.
Documentation Management
  • Maintain accurate and organized client files and policy records.
  • Ensure all policy documentation is properly scanned filed and stored.
  • Generate and distribute policy documents to clients and relevant parties.
Customer Support
  • Assist clients with inquiries related to policy status coverage details and billing.
  • Provide support to the customer service team by supplying necessary policy information.
  • Communicate with clients agents underwriters and other stakeholders to resolve issues.
Compliance and Reporting
  • Ensure all processing activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on policy processing activities and performance metrics.
  • Stay informed about changes in insurance regulations and industry trends.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in commercial property and casualty insurance processing is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with insurance software such as Applied EPIC AMS 360 EZ Lynx and CRM systems.
Skills and Competencies
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Word Excel Outlook.

This is a remote work opportunity.

Full-time position available.

$5 per hour to start and $6 per hour once placed with an agency.

Dual-monitor required.

Windows OS only.
