Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial property and casualty insurance processing and a strong understanding of insurance policies and procedures.

This is a remote work opportunity that requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policy Processing: Process new insurance policy applications, ensuring all required information and documentation are complete and accurate.
  • Policy Endorsements, Renewals, Cancellations: Handle endorsements, renewals, and cancellations promptly.
  • Compliance: Review policy applications for compliance with regulatory requirements.
Documentation Management
  • Maintain accurate and organized client files and policy records.
  • Ensure all policy documentation is properly scanned, filed, and stored.
  • Generate and distribute policy documents to clients and relevant parties.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in commercial property and casualty insurance processing is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with insurance software such as Applied Epic, AMS 360, EZ Lynx and CRM systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Benefits
  • $5 per hour to start and $6 per hour once placed with an agency.
