- Must have excellent communication skills to handle customer inquiries, policy changes, and claims assistance effectively.
The successful candidate should have at least 5-7 years of experience in commercial lines insurance. Familiarity with independent insurance agencies and proficiency in office software are highly desirable.
- Must have a strong grasp of property and casualty (P&C) insurance principles and practices.
- Ability to work efficiently with agency management systems and quoting platforms is essential.
- Experience working with Western clients or teams would be advantageous.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
