Role : Team Manager Diagnostics

Location : BGC - Manila

Setup : Onsite

Our most successful candidates will have:

· Finished a Bachelor's Degree of any course

· 1-2 years of experience in similar role

· Have strong analytical skills; able to interpret data, identify trends, and make suggestions for improvements.

· Have demonstrated leadership skills; able to take the lead in making improvements and resolving issues

· Be able to efficiently manage time and keep track of multiple schedules, meetings, and initiatives

· Have strong verbal and written communication skills; be able to communicate in a clear, constructive, and professional manner

· Have excellent working knowledge of MS Office applications

· Experience in inventory management of blended voice and back-office processes: case management in workers compensation (diagnostics), disability claims, property and casualty insurance and healthcare are most preferred. Other related fields we can consider are retirement (401k, 403b), investments, life insurance claims, premium admin administration, billing, money in and out policy maintenance, etc.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Php37, Php50,000.00 per month
