Job Summary:
Strategic Networks Inc. is seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to provide top-notch technical assistance to our end-users. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Windows and non-Windows operating environments, as well as experience with hardware and software troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide incident and request management support for all end-user devices, including desktops, laptops, monitors, VPN, printers, and scanners.
Recommend and apply solutions, including on-site repair for remote users.
Offer support for hardware and software issues, computer applications, LAN components, and peripherals.
Determine and execute system reconfiguration needs.
Establish end-user service level agreements.
Conduct on-site analysis, identification, and resolution of complex desktop problems for end-users.
Supervise the complaint ticketing system and ensure timely resolution of all work orders.
Provide status updates to the ticketing tools in a timely manner.
Analyze completed end-user device requests and incidents to identify process improvements and compliance issues.
Monitor and repair all IT/office equipment and tools to ensure smooth software system operation.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer-related courses.
At least 1 year of hands-on technical work experience.
Willingness to perform fieldwork in BGC, SM Valenzuela, SM Megamall, and SM North Edsa areas.
Owning a motorcycle is a plus.
Ability to start work immediately.
