Job Overview

This role involves coordinating and executing various tasks within specified parameters, as directed by management. Key responsibilities include communicating with internal and external stakeholders, gathering and disseminating data, conducting legal research, and providing document review support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, adhering to specified guidelines and protocols.
  • Retrieve and analyze documents, perform statistical research, and prepare written analyses for presentation to management.
  • Assist in the review, drafting, and revision of contracts, correspondence, and other documents, under the guidance of management and/or paralegals.
  • Conduct research and assist in the preparation of presentations, as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this position, you will need strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with legal software and knowledge of contract administration would be beneficial.
