Job Title: Legal Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting the company's mission by managing the full lifecycle of contract operations.

  • You will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating customer and vendor agreements to ensure alignment with legal and business standards.
  • Closely collaborate with Legal colleagues and cross-functional teams to drive contract efficiency and compliance.
  • Obtain approvals for non-standard terms and ensure proper documentation and storage of executed agreements.
  • Develop and maintain templates, forms, and processes to streamline contract workflows.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate contract execution.
  • Provide legal guidance on marketing, intellectual property, licensing, and other business matters.
  • Support process improvements and contribute to the organization of the contract repository.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders and Legal HQ to provide updates and ensure alignment.
  • Uphold the company's legal standards and procedures with consistency and professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Pre-Law, Legal Management, Paralegal Studies, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and management.
  • Paralegal certification is a plus.
  • Experience working in large multinational organizations, ideally in life sciences or medical devices.
  • Strong communication skills with excellent English writing, editing, and negotiation abilities.
  • Attention to detail and independent judgment set you apart.
  • Strategic thinking and practical legal solutions that support business goals.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a high-performing team.
  • Tech-savviness to quickly learn new platforms and tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiar with contract management systems and digital signature tools.
  • Thrives in remote work settings and can also work from offices.
