For this position, we are looking for an experienced paralegal in our Manila office focusing on managing the local team as well as helping legal operations and servicing for the global Structuring team. Partners Group's structuring team is responsible for developing highly innovative investment structures for investors globally. The structuring team plays a pivotal role in fund strategy, development, and ongoing servicing.

Members work closely with client relationship management, investment, operations teams, external service providers, and clients to deliver market-leading products. What will you be responsible for

Review constituent documents of investment funds, side letters, and service agreements to identify, evaluate, and extract fund-related obligations. Ensure timely establishment of obligations within Partners Group systems. Support global Structuring professionals in managing legal documentation of investment funds.

Take responsibility for specific investment fund processes within Partners Group. Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers on matters related to investment funds. Create and maintain legal entities' operational data and ensure system accuracy.

Handle project-related work, data analysis, system enhancements, and development of new tools. Maintain trackers and overviews for internal processes. Assist with operational administrative tasks for investment funds, such as term extensions and name changes.

Maintain document databases and organization. What we expect

Minimum 8 years of relevant leadership experience, preferably in a law firm's corporate department, legal department of a bank, asset manager, or financial services company. Bachelor's or Master's degree in law (LLB/LLM). Experience in investment funds or contract handling is a plus.

Self-motivated, proactive, eager to learn and succeed. Strong analytical, interpersonal, and management skills. Experience leading a team.

Attention to detail, excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. Reliable, analytical, able to prioritize tasks. Ability to meet tight deadlines with high-quality standards.

Competence in reviewing legal agreements and extracting obligations. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Comfortable working in a dynamic, multicultural, global team.

Interest in investment funds and private equity operations. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. What we offer
