HR Generalist Opportunity

We are seeking a talented HR Generalist to join our team and support various HR duties. This role involves working closely with the Human Resources Manager and VP of HR to implement human resources programs, provide services such as talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health, and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, compliance, and labor relations.

  • Key responsibilities include preparing paperwork, facilitating new hire onboarding processes, handling administrative tasks, providing dedicated HR advisory services, organizing employee records, and coordinating employee satisfaction surveys.
  • Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field, 4+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources Operations, expert-level knowledge of MS Excel, fluency in English, and proficiency in HRIS systems and ATS Systems.
