Job Overview

We are seeking an Account Manager to join our fast-paced property services team. This is a pivotal role in client success and internal operations, driving projects from start to finish with excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as primary contact for existing clients—handling requests, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Coordinate scheduling by relaying service requests and confirming details with clients.
  • Prepare and format proposals for turnover and renovation services, securing approvals from leadership.
  • Track project status and provide timely, accurate updates to clients.
  • Maintain records of POs, invoices, and scheduling in platforms like BuilderTrend.
  • Document workflows (daily, monthly, annual) to support onboarding and standardization.
  • Complete recurring tasks such as weekly emails consistently and on schedule.
