Enterprise Customer Champion Role

We are seeking a seasoned business partner to drive strategic value for our clients. As a trusted advisor, you will develop and execute customer success plans that deliver tangible results through our solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to design and implement tailored success strategies.
  • Conduct regular meetings with designated accounts to monitor progress and address challenges.
  • Partner with sales and services teams to foster cross-functional relationships and achieve shared objectives.
  • Develop strong executive-level relationships built on trust, credibility, and expertise.
  • Analyze commercial data to inform business decisions and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Promote revenue expansion by recommending value-added services or participating in sales performance incentive programs.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a customer-facing capacity.
  • A deep understanding of customer success principles in SaaS, HR tech, or Payroll industries.
  • Confidence, poise, and executive presence to navigate complex business environments.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office and Salesforce CRM or similar tools.
