Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Relations Specialist to join our team. This frontline role is responsible for managing real-time communication with VIP clients via multiple channels, providing exceptional service and resolving issues promptly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients via various platforms, including Telegram, WhatsApp, Zoom, and email.
  • Handle sensitive feedback and high-value interactions with empathy and professionalism, maintaining a strong brand voice.
  • Resolve service issues directly when possible, escalating critical concerns with full context and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs.
  • Document all client interactions in software systems, tracking onboarding progress, status reports, and contract communications.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay aligned with standard operating procedures and client strategies, upholding a maximum response time during working hours.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a client-facing role, handling chat, phone, or email interactions.
  • Proven ability to manage demanding personalities and de-escalate tense situations, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with technical familiarity with software tools.
