Marketing Support Specialist

This is an entry-level position ideal for someone looking to gain exposure to account management, digital advertising, and marketing analytics in a collaborative environment.

The successful candidate will act as a liaison between internal teams, vendors, and clients, ensuring smooth execution of client service and performance marketing functions. Key responsibilities include monitoring communications, executing tasks related to campaign and budget management, and providing timely and accurate reporting.

The role directly supports client success by enabling the team to deliver exceptional service and marketing performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills to prioritize independently.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace is required. Knowledge of Google Analytics is a plus. Familiarity with AI tools to improve productivity, problem-solving, or analysis is also beneficial.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and respond to client communications
  • Take detailed call notes and document updates in CRM systems
  • Support day-to-day management of digital advertising campaigns
  • Extract and prepare campaign performance data from platforms
  • Assist in budget tracking and vendor allocations
  • Review and reconcile invoices prior to client billing

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field
  • Up to 2 years of relevant academic or professional experience
  • Demonstrated interest in marketing, advertising, data analytics, or media buying
