Requirements:
  • Solid experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives or leaders in a large international corporation.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role with a strong background in managing and coaching remote teams.
  • Ability to guide and motivate team members helping them achieve goals and grow in their roles.
  • Broad understanding of various industries and aptitude for quickly learning new fields to provide guidance to a diverse client base.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills capable of delivering clear constructive feedback.
  • Experience with remote work tools and platforms and managing teams across different time zones.
  • Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to addressing challenges and improving team processes.
