We're Hiring: Team Lead – Content Writers

Are you a strong writer with a passion for leadership? We're looking for a Team Lead for Content Writers who can guide, mentor, and inspire our writing team while ensuring top-quality content delivery across projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of content writers, providing feedback, coaching, and support
  • Oversee content production to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand voice
  • Assign, track, and review content tasks to meet deadlines
  • Collaborate with other departments (marketing, design, social media) for cohesive campaigns
  • Develop and implement content strategies to improve engagement and performance
  • Conduct training sessions to enhance team skills in writing, editing, and SEO

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a content writer/editor with leadership responsibilities
  • Excellent command of English (grammar, style, tone, and structure)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to mentor, motivate, and manage a team effectively
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital content best practices is an advantage
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, remote/hybrid environment preferred
