Senior Technical Support Engineer Role Overview

This is a full-time, remote opportunity where you'll provide advanced technical support to global customers on MDM/UEM platforms.

The ideal candidate will be skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues efficiently, escalating and collaborating with cross-functional teams as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide level 2 and 3 support for MDM/UEM customers worldwide
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and resolve them quickly
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and QA teams to resolve product-related matters
  • Develop knowledge base articles and training materials to improve team performance
  • Mentor junior engineers and share best practices
  • Handle escalations with professionalism and urgency
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in technical support for enterprise software or SaaS
  • Strong background in VMware Workspace ONE, Microsoft Intune, MobileIron, or IBM MaaS360
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
  • Familiarity with helpdesk tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, Jira, Salesforce
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fully remote environment
