Salesforce Administrator (WFH)

Job Description:

  • Lead and support configuration across Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Build and maintain custom objects, fields, flows, validation rules, layouts and automations.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce friction, and increase system effectiveness.
  • Own admin tasks such as user management, permissions and troubleshooting.
  • Build and maintain reports/dashboards to support data-driven operations.
  • Support integrations with tools like FormAssembly, DocuSign, and other platforms.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, engineering and operations to improve and evolve how Salesforce supports the business.
  • Contribute to internal documentation, training and onboarding of users.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (Associate or Advanced Admin) is a plus.
  • Experience working in healthcare, disability or NDIS space is a plus.
  • Experience using third-party tools like FormAssembly, DocuSign, and Salesforce integrations is a plus.
  • Confident in core Salesforce configuration — including automation using Flow.
  • A passion for problem-solving, systems thinking, and continuous improvement.
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with others.
  • Strong communication skills — able to translate business needs into clean technical solutions.
