The Patient Services Representative is a vital role in the delivery of patient care, ensuring that patient needs are met by understanding their queries and concerns. They coordinate information between patients, family members, medical personnel, and administrative staff to provide exceptional service.
This position requires strong communication skills to effectively respond to patient calls according to procedure and departmental standards. Additionally, they must be able to assist patients with billing queries and concerns, collect outstanding balances from patients, and communicate with third-party entities regarding patient accounts.
