Client Liaison Role

We are seeking an ambitious Client Liaison to collaborate with our Client Management team and ensure seamless delivery of client service and performance marketing initiatives.

This entry-level position offers exposure to account management, digital advertising, and marketing analytics within a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison between internal teams, vendors, and clients, monitoring communications, executing tasks related to campaign and budget management, and ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

Your role will directly contribute to client success by enabling your team to deliver exceptional service and marketing performance.

  • Monitor and respond to client communications; escalate critical issues as needed to the account team
  • Take detailed call notes, assign follow-ups, and document updates in CRM systems
  • Support day-to-day management of digital advertising campaigns
  • Extract, prepare, and monitor campaign performance data from various platforms
  • Assist in budget tracking and reconciliation
  • Review and help reconcile invoices prior to client billing
  • Manage internal tickets to ensure issues are resolved in a timely fashion

Bachelor's degree required (marketing, business, communications, or related field preferred) with up to 2 years of relevant academic or professional experience. Demonstrated interest in marketing, advertising, data analytics, or media buying is essential. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace is required; knowledge of Google Analytics is a plus.
