We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to handle IT issues from remote work-at-home analysts. This role involves interacting with global teams via phone, email, and instant messaging.

  • Clear documentation of all actions performed in near real-time is required for each call logged.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction with a CSAT score of 98/100 based on user feedback.
  • The Service Level Objective is to resolve tickets within a minimum of 90% across all severity levels, with a maximum re-open rate of 10%.
  • Closure information must include root cause analysis and relevance to other tickets.
  • An end-of-shift report is prepared for any ticket that needs continuous work.
  • Ticket issue trends are analyzed to identify recurring incidents and lead efforts to determine the root cause, mitigation, and deployment globally.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong written and oral communication skills are essential.
  • Experience working in a Shared Service Environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Mac OS and Windows operating systems is necessary.
  • Efficiency in utilizing general office applications (MS Office) and communication tools (Email Clients, Corporate Instant Messaging).
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance of technical knowledge base and documentations.
  • Analysis of data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration with IT teams to implement solutions.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
