About the Role

As a Customer Advocate, you will be responsible for interacting with customers to address inquiries and resolve complaints regarding products and services. You will collaborate with internal and external teams in handling customer needs to provide excellent service in a timely and professional manner.

You will also work with various tools and databases to review data and execute processes as defined by management or clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interact with customers to provide accurate information with empathy, courtesy, and professionalism
  • Track and document issues to ensure proper resolution
  • Evaluate and escalate issues to meet expectations
  • Execute assigned tasks and processes
  • Meet productivity and quality targets
  • Report process deficiencies and implement improvements
  • Collaborate with teams to complete projects
  • Review submissions and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and satisfaction

Requirements:
  • 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience
  • Bachelor's / College Degree in any field
  • Previous experience in a related field is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
  • Experience with CRM and other applications
  • Excellent reading comprehension, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Aptitude to quickly learn new technology and systems
  • Ability to accept feedback and respond to different types of characters
