Business Development Officer Role

At Rucs Konsult Corporation, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Officer to join our team. This role is responsible for identifying opportunities to increase inventories, which in turn drives client base expansion. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of company policies, aligned with our vision, mission, and core values.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the sellability of current inventory, focusing on costing and relationships with inventory partners.
  • Undertake and track the productivity and efficiency of the BD Team members.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase inventory levels and drive client growth.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will also need to have a strong understanding of business development principles and practices.
