Customer Success Manager Role

Join Nooks as a Customer Success Manager to maximize the value and satisfaction of our mid-market and enterprise customers. Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, drive business growth through effective sales solutions, and ensure seamless integration of Nooks into customers' sales processes.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of ~40 accounts, onboarding new customers, conducting regular check-ins, and analyzing customer usage metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.

  • Drive customer success by delivering exceptional support and proactive leadership to maximize the impact and value of Nooks.
  • Develop multi-threaded relationships with customers to understand their business goals and deploy Nooks solutions that meet their needs.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of customer usage metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted strategies to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer solutions and address any issues promptly.
  • Advocate for customer needs within Nooks, providing valuable feedback to inform product development and ensure customer requirements are met.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS CSM experience with a proven track record of successful renewals and account management.
  • 2+ years of customer onboarding and support experience ensuring seamless access to resources throughout the customer journey.
  • 2+ years of SDR or SDR management experience with expertise in sales technology and tools.
  • Familiarity with data analytics and ability to leverage data insights to drive customer success.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a self-starter attitude and ability to learn rapidly changing sales technologies.
