Job Overview

The Business Growth Strategist oversees a portfolio of small to mid-market accounts, driving product adoption and revenue growth through strategic guidance and strong customer relationships.

This role ensures long-term value by analyzing engagement data, leading business reviews, and proactively addressing needs to maximize success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of around 30–100 small to mid-market customers to drive adoption and meet growth goals.
  • Build and maintain executive relationships with customer accounts, providing a high-caliber experience and creating promoters.
  • Implement best practices, train, and coach customers on ensuring adoption goals are met.
  • Analyze user engagement data, identify actionable insights, and report regularly on KPIs.
  • Lead annual or semi-annual business reviews with key stakeholders, positioning yourself as a strategic advisor to drive continued value.
  • Identify areas for improvement in the customer experience and create new processes to maximize success in the small to mid-market segment.
  • Continually assess, document, and analyze customer progress toward revenue goals and results.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree relevant to the position
  • Two or more years of professional experience in a sales or account management style position
  • Proven history managing a portfolio of similar-sized clients
  • Technical proficiency on SaaS products
