Vital Qualifications
  • Minimum 3-5 years of direct and verifiable enterprise-level customer success experience in SaaS companies
  • Prior experience working with contact center technology and its applications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Customer Success, Consulting, or Account Management
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, strategic planning capabilities, and project management expertise
