    • Ensure job quality and adherence to client requirements.\
    • Prepare operational reports for leadership.\
    • Assist in streamlining processes and documentation.\
    • Work on scaling processes, project forecasting, and workforce planning.\
    • Requirements:\

      • 5+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, or field management.\
      • Strong knowledge of telecom workflows, fiber optics, and data center infrastructure projects.\
      • Familiarity with U.S. business operations, labor schedules, compliance tracking, and job costing.\
      • Fluent English communication skills.\
      • Experience with project management tools and software.\
      • Preferred Qualifications:\
