Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Location: Pasay City

Work Setup: Full onsite

Schedule: Monday to Friday, morning shift

Salary Range: PHP 400,000 to 700,000

Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Officer to join our executive leadership team. The CFO will be responsible for directing the organization's financial strategy, ensuring strong corporate governance, and supporting the long-term growth of the business. This role requires extensive financial management expertise and proven leadership at the executive level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership in all aspects of finance, including treasury, audit, budgeting, and corporate planning.
  • Oversee financial reporting and ensure compliance with regulatory and governance requirements.
  • Partner with the executive team to drive sustainable business growth and profitability.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Lead and mentor the finance organization to achieve operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Currently holding a C-level or Director-level role in finance.
  • Extensive background in finance, treasury, audit, and corporate strategy.
  • Preferably with experience in sustainability, power, energy, or construction industries.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php200, Php700,000.00 per month
