Job Overview

  • Collaborate with the Chief Financial Officer to present financial results and estimates to the Board of Directors.
  • Support the Investor Relations team in reviewing operational reports.
  • Assist in evaluating financial performance for incentive plans and business reviews.

Budgeting and Financial Planning

  • Oversight of short-term budgeting and long-term planning processes, including assumption review, timeline coordination, and presentation to the Board.

Financial Modelling

  • Development and maintenance of financial models for subsidiaries.

Corporate Finance Strategy

  • Support senior management with financial analysis and strategic recommendations.

Project Evaluation and Monitoring

  • Conduct feasibility studies for strategic projects.

Key Requirements

  • BS Accounting degree required.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification required.
  • CFA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Implementation of Phase 1a of the Business Performance View system to enhance report speed and quality.
  • Enhancement of capital expenditure reporting using automated dashboards.
  • Development of Phase 2 of the Budget Planning Cycle system and Phase 1b of full financial statement management reporting with SAP integration.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Provide financial highlights and analyses of budgets and long-range plans prior to presentation.
  • Standardization of inputs for efficient updates and provision of projections to clients quarterly.
  • Management of capital structure strategies, including financing, investing, and dividend policies.
