Job Title

The Chief Reliability Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of our website. This role will report to the SRE Manager and utilize application and user performance data to guide informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Reliability Leadership: Provides leadership over a large team of Level 1 and Level 2 support resources, responsible for Incident Management, Application Performance, Configuration Management, and Operational Readiness of products within their ownership.
  2. Incident Management: Is responsible for a team of resources prepared to react quickly to production incidents, restoring systems/applications back to normal service operation as quickly as possible and minimizing impact on guest/crew experience or business operations.
  3. Application Performance Management (APM): Ensures proactive monitoring and management of performance and availability of software applications within products they are responsible for.
  4. Configuration Management: Leads teams in implementing and maintaining technology standards and practices across product definition and product configuration.
  5. Change Control Governance: Ensures all production changes required by product teams are carried out in a planned and authorized manner.
  6. Production Operations Readiness: Ensures all product implementations go through an operational readiness review.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), DevOps, or a related IT operations role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or other relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience managing teams and collaborating with external service providers.

This position requires a strategic thinker who can analyze complex technical problems and develop effective solutions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct cross-functional teams.
