    • Lead and support the HR team on complex matters, promoting a collaborative work environment.
  • Employee Engagement
    • Drive employee engagement initiatives, enhancing the overall employee experience and promoting a positive work environment.
    • Proactively address and resolve complex employee relations matters, protecting the organization's interests.
Requirements
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in a financial institution industry setting.
  • Proven track record in strategic HR planning and implementation, with expertise in people management and leadership.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
  • Exceptional coaching, mentoring, and leadership skills, with a proven ability to develop and motivate high-performing teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR disciplines, including talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.
