Leadership & Organizational Development Manager

A strategic role overseeing leadership and organizational development initiatives to drive talent growth within a global organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to design and implement evidence-based strategies for leadership development, leveraging expertise in adult learning theory and program design.
  • Coach and develop high-potential leaders, facilitating their growth through mentoring, feedback, and training programs.
  • Develop and curate level-specific content, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including executives, HR partners, and subject matter experts, to drive cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, applying insights to enhance leadership development strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Organization Development, Business Administration, or related field; certifications in Situational Leadership II, StrengthsFinder, DDI, or other relevant areas a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience designing and delivering leadership development programs, with a proven track record of driving business results.
  • Strong credentials, personal brand, and ability to coach and develop leaders at all levels; excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Experience interacting with executives and facilitating executive-level meetings; ability to influence, educate, and gain support of senior leaders for leadership development activities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex assignments, adapt to change, and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
