
Human Capital Development Manager

Job Summary:
The Human Capital Development Manager is responsible for developing the personal, professional, and interpersonal capabilities of trainees at Lightscape Inc. This includes instilling core values, managing behavior, conducting evaluations, and supporting the transition from training to employment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Training Support & Discipline
- Implement policies to instill discipline, punctuality, professionalism, and work ethics in trainees.
- Conduct regular assessments and feedback sessions to monitor trainee behavior and performance.
- Collaborate with instructors to align behavioral training with technical learning.
2. Job Placement & Industry Linkages
- Build and maintain partnerships with production houses, event companies, studios, and agencies.
- Coordinate job placement programs and internships for qualified graduates.
- Match trainee profiles with available job opportunities based on skill and character.
3. Career Development
- Provide career guidance, resume preparation, and interview coaching.
- Monitor the progress of deployed trainees and offer post-placement support.
- Gather employer feedback to improve training and placement strategies.
4. Administration & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of placements, partner organizations, and trainee progress.
- Prepare monthly reports for management regarding trainee performance and job placements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Education, Communications, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in training, placement, or workforce development.
- Strong interpersonal and mentoring skills.
- Experience working with technical/vocational trainees is a plus.
- Network within the entertainment industry is an advantage.
